Mr. Yeroushalmi is a Real Estate Developer/Investor with an aggressive plan to expand in the Tri-State area, as well as in Atlantic City New Jersey, Florida, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, North Augusta, Italy, Israel, Egypt, Los Angles California, and San Diego California. The company's major concentration is in commercial development, especially Multi-Family Projects as well as high-scale and mid-range residential developments. He is engage in managing buildings and multi-family dwelling projects with Housing and Urban Development (HUD). His track record indicates a growth of ten fold within less than five years. He is very capable and familiar with all phases of construction and development. Projection for expansion for the next five years is roughly $3-5 billion dollars in real estate development. Mr. Ramon Mojica has been part of the A1 Universal Family for over 15 years. Over the years he has managed over 12 business accounts and has successfully provided both operational and programmatic support to the organization. As CFO, Ramon has supervised the finance unit and has been the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. He also has assisted the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding .
Mr. Monir Gayed, has spear headed the Atlantic City management Division. Monir has successfully managed our HUD and Section A properties for the past 20 years. As project Manager, Monir has maintained each building up to code and has prepared them for their yearly inspections.
Mrs. Jaklin yeroushalmi has been apart of the A1 Universal family for 10 years. After graduating Boston University, Jaklin immersed herself in the business and directly reported to the CEO and CFO. One of her first project with us was 19 Steven Lane, Corp which she project manged. Jaklin has also modernized some of the antiquated processes here by going paperless.
Mr. Anthony D'chiutiis has spearheaded A1 Universal's Green initiative. He has laid down the frame work for our Solor Windmill Project as well as are Waste to Energy. Currently, he is trying to integrate the Waste to Energy Project with a Green house project and various other establishments.
