The major concentration is in commercial development, especially Multi-Family Projects as well as high-scale and mid-range residential developments. He is engage in managing buildings and multi-family dwelling projects with Housing and Urban Development (HUD). His track record indicates a growth of ten fold within less than five years. He is very capable and familiar with all phases of construction and development. Projection for expansion for the next five years is about $3-5 billion dollars in real estate development. The expansion is in commercial income-producing buildings, construction of new mid-range, High rise, multi-family apartments and Hotels, purchasing and managing mid-size (300-1000 units) apartment buildings, as well as shopping centers, medical centers, and hotels.
For over forty years, Mr. Yeroushalmi has performed numerous construction projects and has gained extensive experience in the fields of construction, major remodeling, restoration and finance. He has attained extensive administrative skills, technical knowledge and business expertise in office management as well as field operations. Furthermore, he has designed a complex operating management system that increases efficiency through advanced technology operations and computer software. This has produced major savings in building utility and operation costs.
Mr. Ramon Mojica has been part of the A1 Universal Family for over 15 years. Over the years he has managed over 12 business accounts and has successfully provided both operational and programmatic support to the organization. As CFO, Ramon has supervised the finance unit and has been the chief financial spokesperson for the organization. He also has assisted the CEO on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding .
Mr. Monir Gayed, has spear headed the Atlantic City management Division. Monir has successfully managed our HUD and Section A properties for the past 20 years. As project Manager, Monir has maintained each building up to code and has prepared them for their yearly inspections.
